KOMA ’s primary objective is to make a substantial contribution to the growth and development of SMEs through three main strategies;

  1. It focuses on opening the founder’s mind to the idea of gradually letting go of direct involvement in the day-to-day operations, fostering an environment where the SMEs can operate efficiently even in the absence of the founder.
  2. KOMA initiates a process where the founder conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current systems and processes, aiming to enhance and optimize them for sustained success.
  3. KOMA will help SMEs banking with Absa to know how to manage debt finance, utilise right debt instruments and improve cashflow.
